Juan Carlos Cerruti
Managing Partner
Juan Carlos brings over 30 years of business experience. He has done extensive work in the areas of strategic planning and business development for start-ups and $500M size business in the high-tech sector. He has successful run highly efficient sales and marketing teams in Latin America, EMEA, and North America.
Juan Carlos was an executive member of the Novell management team as head of their North America commercial operations. He has optimized commercial operations leveraging multiple routes-to-market, and opened new markets in the areas of end-user computing, virtualization, IT infrastructure, management, security, open source, and cloud services.
Juan Carlos has an in-depth understanding of how a software company runs generating over three billion dollars in revenues for the companies he has worked for. He's lived in vibrant technology and business hubs: Boston, Dallas, London, Mexico City, New York, and San Francisco.
Juan Carlos holds an MBA from Columbia University in New York City, and an Engineering Degree from Universidad Catolica del Perú. He attended the "Aligning Strategy to Sales" executive course at Harvard Business School.
Jaime E. Muñoz
Managing Partner
Jaime is a business executive with 25 years of experience, who started his career developing enterprise software in Colombia. Based on his background and business acumen, he transitioned quickly to sales and marketing positions in the local IT industry. By the age of 25, Jaime was leading the sales force of a multi-million software company. His local success led him to be chosen to open Novell’s operations in Colombia. From there, he transitioned to Latin America’s regional roles in the areas of marketing, sales, and management.
Jaime has focused his professional career in LATAM since 1997. His experiences at a regional level include: regional management, setting up new operations, and leading sales teams in 6 different countries. Jaime's background focuses on networking, end-user computing, and IT security. He has a passion for new business development, the marketing discipline, and sales excellence.
Jaime studied business at Universidad Javeriana in Colombia and took part in the Executive Education program at Babson College in Boston.
Luis Fernando Restrepo

Luis is a well know IT executive with a very successful professional career in Colombia that spans over 30 years. His most recent role was VP. Governance and Architecture at Sura, a leading insurance company in Latin America based in Medellin, Colombia. He brings extensive experience in the governance and business transformation processes in pan-latin enterprises in the service, insurance and health sector, and a proven track record achieving business competitiveness through processes, people, information and technology.
Luis Fernando has a strong competency in developing, implementing and leading innovative strategies to generate new business model and extending existing ones leveraging technology. His proposed strategies soundly balance the risk level, security, quality, governance and enterprise architecture demanded by the business. He’s a savvy negotiator of products, services and software to deliver strategic value to the business commitment.
Throughout his business career he’s driven innovation and a high commitment to develop people and provide unmatched services to clients.
Mario Pedreros

Mario Pedreros is an Industrial Engineer from the Javeriana University (Colombia). He has an MBA from Universidad de Los Andes, where he attended the prestigious program “Presidentes de Empresa.” Mario has different post-graduate courses, including Manager of Managers from Roffey Park Institute, Miami University in Oxford, OH, and several programs in management from universities, including Ross School of Business, Michigan University in Ann Arbor, MI, and Harvard Business School in Boston, MA.
Mario has a certification in Leadership & Management from MIT SLOAN School of Management in Cambridge, MA. He has a “Specialization in Strategy” certificate from Harvard Business School, including a sustainability certificate applied to business.
Mario has more than 35 years of experience in technology and has had different management roles in technology companies in Latin America. For more than 25 years, he has been the general director of regional operations, general director of subsidiaries, and director of Latin America in services, sales, and channel development. Mario is passionate about leading complex transformation processes in high-performance organizations. He is convinced that organizations can maintain outstanding financial results while maintaining a deep commitment to social purposes and projects that support the community.
