BDR - Business Development Representative

This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.  

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Database Nurturing:
    • Engage with the existing database to initiate conversations that lead to lead qualification.
    • Hand-off qualified leads to the sales team for further action.
  2. Target Account Outreach:
    • Identify gaps between the current database and target accounts.
    • Use tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, and Apollo to reach out to potential leads in the largest companies across Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, and other LATAM countries.
  3. CRM Management:
    • Utilize and maintain the HubSpot CRM system to track interactions and manage leads efficiently.
  4. Lead Qualification:
    • Qualify incoming leads to ensure they meet the criteria for hand-off to the sales team.
  5. Creative Engagement:
    • Employ imagination and creativity to develop a multichannel approach for engaging potential customers.
    • Use various communication channels to open conversations and build relationships with potential leads.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the software industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in any technical discipline associated with technology or marketing.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM, and familiarity with tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, and Apollo.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with English at a conversational level.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify gaps in the database.
  • Experience in lead generation and qualification.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work remotely and capacity for self-management.
  • Persistence and resilience to accomplish objectives.

Target Accounts:

  • Largest 200 companies in Brazil and Mexico.
  • Largest 100 companies in Colombia, Chile, and Argentina.
  • 15 largest companies in other LATAM countries.

Must Have
