LinKIT LATAM is a business development consulting company with a Latin America focus. On behalf of our client, the leading Quality Assurance (QA) software company, which is expanding its activities in the region, we are hiring a System Architect in Mexico.

Responsibilities:
The System Architect will be the lead technical person supporting the sales process and the technical partner community in the country.
- Work with the sales and channel team in sales opportunities with enterprise customers to increase product comprehension and value proposition.
- Become the focal point of the partners’ technical community:
- Respond or/and provide guidance to technical inquiries.
- Enable partners in the pre-sales process (presentations, demos).
- Communicate and drive the certification requirement
- Develop and deliver consultative product demonstrations focusing on the Agile Test Management solution.
- Respond to customer functional, technical and security requirements including RFIs and RFPs.
- Provide customers with guidance on data migration, including presentation of data formats, APIs, and utilities.
- Develop strategies on a customer-by-customer basis that led to product adoption, plus be able to defend those strategies and make presentations to Executive Management.
Competencies:
- Communication: The System Architect needs to effectively communicate the benefits and features to potential end-users and partners of the solution sold. He/She should be able to identify prospective requirements and then tailor presentations and/or demos to address those needs.
- Understanding of IT Systems. System Architect should be familiar with how IT department are organized in a large corporation and be comfortable to have a conversation with CTOs, VP Apps, QA leads & DevOps directors on the architecture, benefits, and implementation hurdles of a new solution in a complex IT environment.
- Relationship-building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is crucial for this position. The Territory Manager needs to be able to establish rapport, trust, and credibility with partners through virtual communication channels.
- Problem-solving: The Territory Manager should be able to think critically and creatively to overcome challenges, address customer objections, and find solutions that meet the needs of both the opportunity and the company.
- Self-motivation: Being a remote technical resource requires a high level of self-motivation and discipline, as you'll need to stay focused and productive without the structure of a traditional office environment.
- Time management: The System Architect needs to be able to manage their time efficiently, balancing multiple tasks, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines without direct supervision.
- Productivity tools and Systems: Remote sales workers need to be comfortable using various digital tools, such as customer relationship management (CRM) software, video conferencing platforms, and project management tools.
Requirements:
- BS in Computer Science or technical related major preferred
- 10+ years of relevant experience in vendor sales with preferred experience in Pre-Sales/Software Testing/Consulting
- Familiarity with the SDLC and various testing methodologies, such as Agile and DevOps
- Working knowledge of popular web application development languages and formats such Java, JavaScript, Python, HTML, CSS, JSON/XML
- Strong familiarity with common user authentication and security systems for web-based business applications such as Active Directory, LDAP, OAuth and SAML
- English: Strong writing and verbal business proficiency.

Must Have
- BS in Computer Science
- 10+ years of experience in vendor sales
- Testing experience for core applications like SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and such
- Familiarity with SDLC and various testing methodologies within agile/devops
- English: written/verbal business proficiency

- Experience in Pre-Sales/Software Testing/Consulting
- Working knowledge in Java, JavaScript, Python, HTML, CSS, JSON/XML
- Strong familiarity with Active Directory/LDAP/OAuth/SAML
