Juan Carlos HincapieTeleperformance CEO for Colombia and Peru. Juan Carlos has 22 years of market experience in B2B and B2C companies. Before joining Teleperformance he worked at IBM for 18 years. In his role led sales for the Spanish South America Region, led the commercial operation in Chile and led the services business for Colombia. This background made him work with companies of different industries with global & regional scope that gave him the knowledge to work in multicultural and complex environments. Juan Carlos is currently responsible for the operation in Colombia and Peru where he manage more than 15,000 employees. Juan Carlos has a Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering and a master degree in marketing from Los Andes University (Bogotá, Colombia).
Grant HoGrant is the Senior Vice President of Global Marketing for NetBrain, the network automation leader with HQ in Burlington, MA. In his role, he leads the company’s overall marketing strategy and go-to-market execution including corporate communications and brand, media and analyst relations, product marketing, demand generation and digital and content marketing. Before NetBrain, Grant held senior marketing roles at NantHeath, CareCloud, GEHealthcare and began his career as a strategy consultant for Oliver Wyman. He holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan school of Management and undergraduate and graduate degrees in electrical engineering and computer science from MIT.
